When you purchase credits using PayPal your credits will be assigned to a CallSpin user account associated with your PayPal e-mail address, which is not necessarily the same as your everyday e-mail address.
If you created a free CallSpin account on any of our sites, but then purchased credits at a later point - and your PayPal e-mail address differs from your CallSpin account's e-mail address, then a new CallSpin account will be created with your PayPal email address and that account will have the credits you purchased.
If you need help locating the account which holds the credits you purchased, please contact us with the details of your PayPal purchase (such as your PayPal Transaction ID) and we can direct you to your purchase.
We can also transfer credits between accounts if you would like to continue using your initial CallSpin account, however any additional subsequent Call Credit purchases made with your PayPal account will continue to be associated with your other PayPal-affiliated CallSpin account. Please contact us to arrange a credit transfer.

I just got charged a $1.00 to send a call. As soon as the payment went through, I get a message stating I’m not authorized to use the service. From the looks of other messages, your company is scamming people! I’ll report this website too!
I have used wakeupdialer.com before , I just donated 20 dollars but it does not respond to requests for wake up calls . I should have 2 phone numbers on file 914-793-6109 and my smart phone 914-356-1163 John Dempsey Jr
Fix it please or I will delete your service , warn others and Litigate if necessary
